Autism spectrum disorder is a complex neurodevelopmental disorder, and existing screening methods are difficult to accurately diagnose, resulting in missing the best opportunity for intervention. This project plans to use the exclusive and original molecular extraction technology of Amount Biology - large volume body fluid molecule enrichment technology to extract nucleic acid from the body fluids of patients with autism. Combined with high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze miRNA expression profiles and their clinical manifestations, molecular markers related to the pathogenesis of autism spectrum disorders will be analyzed and screened, and a diversified diagnostic model will be established. On this basis, the project will collaborate with Quanzhou Normal University's advantageous resources in scientific research and education to jointly develop efficient and accurate autism screening technologies. We believe that the development and application of this technology will bring earlier intervention possibilities for individuals with autism and their families, and light up more hope for life.
Amount Biotechnology always adheres to the corporate philosophy of "technology for good and extraordinary achievements", and is committed to transforming the most cutting-edge biotechnology achievements into practical applications to serve human health. This cooperation is a solid step towards reaching the pinnacle of higher technology, and it is also our unwavering commitment to society and the future. In the future, we will continue to deepen cooperation with major universities and research institutions, jointly promote technological progress in the field of life sciences, and contribute to human health and well-being.
